Required materials:

1. White and red yarn, 10 m each (3 g);

2. Two-colour cord (white and red) – 50 cm;

3. Template – 2 pieces;

4. Scissors.

Cut a template in a shape like that in picture 2. The size of pompons depends on what diameter of the circle you have chosen (in our case it is 6 cm). Put the templates one on top of the other and wind the red yarn around them. Start to cut the yarn carefully with the scissors (picture 5), When you have cut the whole of it , draw the templates apart CAREFULLY, so that the two-colour cord can pass between them, fasten it and knot it. Remove the templates and shape a pompon with the scissors. Repeat the same actions with the white yarn.
