Paola Apologna Ltd. has a contract with Speedy for the transfer of collected cash-on-delivery payments via postal money transfer (PMT) to a bank account. For this reason, the cash receipt is replaced by a postal money transfer receipt, which is issued by the courier and serves as an official document for the completed payment.
- Upon receiving the goods, request and KEEP THE POSTAL MONEY TRANSFER RECEIPT! It replaces the cash receipt for the invoice.
- Please attach the postal money transfer receipt to the invoice and keep it for future reference!
Question: Why is my name in Speedy written in Latin script?
Answer: The shipping label in Speedy is generated automatically from our website. If you entered your details in Latin script when placing your order, they will be sent that way to the courier system. If you are a Bulgarian citizen, please enter your name in Cyrillic when filling in the delivery address. This will ensure that Speedy processes your order correctly.
Question: How long does delivery take?
Answer: The standard delivery time in Bulgaria is 1-3 business days, depending on your location. In our online store, orders usually arrive at our customers on the next business day. In rare cases (public holidays, high order volume, weather conditions), delays may occur.
