When you are not registered:
1. View the products in the online shop, choose the desired product, the quantity you want and click the button ‘ORDER’
2. Your ‘SHOPPING BASKET’ is at the upper right-hand corner. When you click the option ‘VIEW THE BASKET’, you can see all the products ordered, change their quantities or remove a product from the basket. If you have a discount voucher, enter it in the field ‘USE A DISCOUNT VOUCHER’. In the field ‘CALCULATION OF TRANSPORTATION COSTS AND TAXES’ you can see how much you will pay for delivery of the articles ordered. Choose STATE, REGION and click the button ‘CALCULATE’. The delivery amount is added to your order. Then you have two options: ‘CONTINUE WITH THE PURCHASE’ or ‘PAYMENT’. If you click the button ‘CONTINUE WITH THE PURCHASE’, you will be redirected to the website home page where you can continue adding products from the different categories to the basket. If you click the ‘PAYMENT’ button, you will be redirected to the page for finalisation of your order.
3. When you are ready with your order and want to finalise it, click the virtual button ‘PAYMENT’. Here there are several options: ‘REGISTRATION / LOGIN’, ‘MODE OF DELIVERY’, ‘METHOD OF PAYMENT’.
3.1 ‘REGISTRATION / LOGIN’:
- Create a profile – If you do not have registration, you can do this on the same page by completing your personal data for contact – name, contact phone number and delivery address (home or office).
- Registered customer – If you have already registered, you should enter an e-mail address and password to log in.
3.2 ‘MODE OF DELIVERY’:
- Flat-rate amount – delivery to Speedy machine, Speedy office and to final address;
- Receiving from the shop – you receive the products ordered from one of our shops, without being charged for delivery.
3.3 ‘METHOD OF PAYMENT’: Choose a method of payment for your order. If you choose:
- Cash on delivery- you pay the total amount to the courier
- Bank transfer – you receive information about a bank account to which the total amount should be transferred /you do not pay anything to the courier upon delivery/;
When you are already registered:
- You see the so called ‘PROFILE’:
My profile:
- Edit Profile - name,email,phone number and company information
- Change Password
- Manage Addresses
- Manage Wishlist
My orders:
- Orders History
- E-Products
- Claims History
E-mail Newsletter:
- Subscribe / Unsubscribe to Newsletter
Exit Profile:
- Exit
2. When you click the button ‘SHOPPING BASKET’, you can see again the products you would like to order.
3. When you click the button ‘PAYMENT’ you will be redirected to the page for finalisation of your order.
The last step is to put a tick to ‘I have read and I agree with ‘PAYMENT’ and click the button ‘SEND ORDER’.
